Truune 8 and Truune 80 products are delivered free of charge to European Union countries only. If you order any accessories (stands, cables, rings, etc.) for the Trunne8 or Truune80 in a single order, the shipping of such an order will also be free of charge to the countries of the European Union.
Orders are shipped throughout Europe (European Union countries only) within 2 to 7 working days of dispatch.
You will receive an information email about the dispatch of the ordered goods, which will include:
– the name of the parcel service company,
– the exact date and address of delivery, together with a link to track the parcel.
All shipments of ordered products are handled through our delivery partners.
Most commonly, we ship the goods via DHL’s contracted delivery company.
Depending on the country of delivery and the weight of the goods being shipped, we reserve the right to use a different shipping company of which you will be informed by email. Delivery partners are selected depending on quality, price and speed of delivery to your chosen address.
Shipping to countries outside the European Union
In case the address you have entered is located in a country outside the European Union to which we do not currently deliver goods as a standard, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with information to which address you wish the goods to be delivered. We will inform you about the possibilities and the price of the delivery to your chosen address within 48 hours on working days at the latest.
Order processing time
Once your order has been sent and the subsequent payment for the goods has been made, your order will be processed as quickly as possible. You will be informed about each step of the processing of your order via email.
Your order will be processed on working days between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. within 48 hours of receipt at the latest. Orders received outside of working days or on holidays are processed on the next working day.
