All TRUUNE products purchased on truune.com are covered by a 30-day return guarantee. During this time, you can return or exchange your purchase free of charge and then you will be refunded for the returned products. Returns or exchanges can be made within 30 days of receiving the products. Between 15 and 30 days from the date of purchase, you must provide a relevant reason for returning the goods.
As a condition for a legitimate return of purchased goods, all returned products must be in the condition in which they were received. The original packaging, warranty card and all accessories must be included and must not be damaged. Due to the continuous improvement of our products, we would be very pleased if you could also notify us of the reason for the return by emailing us at shop@truune.com.
If you want to return the goods, have a problem with the product or are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via the Returns form. Subsequently, we will inform you immediately (at the latest within 48 hours during working days between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm) about the return method or another suitable solution that we mutually agree. We will select the quickest and easiest method of returning the goods. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the amount of the purchase to your account within 14 days at the latest. The buyer is responsible for the cost of transporting the returned goods.
